During the booking process, Clients have the option to grant Vera Magee Photography a permission to share their photos and behind-the-scenes footage on VMP website, social media channels and platforms.
When the Client selects ‘Yes,’ it entitles them to exclusive savings on their photo session. By choosing ‘Yes,’ the Client grants permission to Vera Magee Photography to utilize photos and behind-the-scenes footage from Client’s and Client’s children photo session.
This usage includes but is not limited to Vera Magee Photography social media platforms, various websites, and in printed materials such as flyers, business cards, and promotional materials, including newsletters and leaflets.”
*The purpose of the footage is to document the creative process, showcase Photographer’s work, and for promotional purposes. Every effort will be made to avoid capturing footage that could make Client(s) uncomfortable.
Vera Magee Photography will use the taken photos and footage ONLY to promote Vera Magee Photography.
